        Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your    refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed either in cash repayment or gift voucher within a certain amount of days.

        Exclusive sale items and special offers

        Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Customized items:

       Unfortunately we don’t offer refund or return on customized items unless ,it’s our fault in customizing.

      Client will  be responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for the returning order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

   Payment methods:
The user has 2 options of payments to choose between:
1- Credit/debit card: the user can use a visa or master card to pay for the items, this method is safe and secure to a large extent because the credentials information are between the user and the bank , Beb2Beb does not keep this kind of this information in its database.
2- Cash on delivery: The user must provide his exact detailed address and contact information when placing an order, after the order is done Liban Post courier will courier will deliver the products and collect the money in addition to the delivery fees.
